1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Grade your Day (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Grade your Day is a personal journaling and analytics tool that allows users to rate their days on a scale of 0-10 and track custom categories. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Premium features are available via auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. Data Privacy & Local Storage

Grade your Day is designed with a "Local First" architecture. Your daily grades, notes, and photos are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the security of your device and your backups.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or copy the proprietary UI design, "Visual Cream" aesthetic, or the specific data visualization logic of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App provides lifestyle insights based on user input. It is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, medical diagnosis, or treatment. Grade your Day shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.
