End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using "Grade your Day," you agree to these terms. This is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Grade your Day. This license is granted to you for use on Apple-branded products only.

2. Use of the App & Lifestyle Insights

Grade your Day provides habit tracking and mood analytics based on user-inputted data. The app does not provide medical, psychological, or professional health advice. Any feedback regarding your "Vibe" or habits is for informational and self-reflection purposes only. Always consult a professional for health-related decisions.

3. License & Intellectual Property

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code. The "Grade your Day" branding, the "Visual Cream" UI components, and the proprietary data visualization logic are protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Pro Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Premium features are available via auto-renewable subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you acknowledge:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any data loss or damages resulting from the use of the app. Your data is stored locally on your device; the developer cannot recover data if it is deleted or if the device is lost.
